Why these numbers

Low. Jovinian’s own tract is lost. All four of his propositions are known only from Jerome, who quoted them in order to refute them.
Middling. One of his four propositions cannot be defended: that a Christian baptised with full faith can never be overthrown by the devil. The other three are about merit, and the Reformers later argued them again and landed close to where he did.
Cited for this book
Jovinian’s own writing is lost. His four propositions survive only because Jerome quoted them in order to attack them. Rome condemned him in 390. Jerome’s reply ran down marriage so badly that his friend Pammachius tried to withdraw it, and Augustine later wrote On the Good of Marriage to answer Jovinian better.
